Direct TV says it can not upgrade my service to HD?
Direct TV says it can not turn my service, because the new antenna should bounce 5 different satellites and large trees in my backyard.Definitely not a big tree or a star-lined street in the country just a normal ear neighborhood.Anyone talk about it or was it a special facilities being lazy? Thanks
Call the store and have them checked again. If they can not offer a high definition tell them you need to cancel the contract because it can not provide an adequate service. And switching to Verizon FiOS if you can, otherwise, any cable provider would able to get HD.
