This is my confession. I have to be honest with you. I always thought that the promotion of products has been a waste of marketing resources. Until I started my own business and changed everything!

I am a marketing director and former executive who frowned in the world goods and promotional products.

Armed with the promotion of products and a new attitude, I spent the next month to call the customer perspective. I was determined not only the closure of the company, but to establish relations with the people I met.

After only five days on the road, I signed my first client to the company. It turned out that the customer was a big fan of Mexican food and I brought in these amazing personalized margarita glasses (hint: the secretary on the phone told me that his boss was a big fan of spicy tacos – I duly noted!)

Not only has this gift of advocacy, a perfect gift – for about $ 20, me and the client has initiated a great discussion which took a big dinner. A year later, a friend, and represents 30% of the turnover of my small business.

And started in a pouring margarita in a custom margarita glass.
