Bloomberg TV and the Thai baht?
Why not TV Bloomberg quoted Thailand (baht) for the two currencies at sea and in Thailand? Why Bloomberg site that is so difficult to navigate and ask this question directly?
Because no two "off-shore and at an exchange rate of the coast. Only the on-shore is relevant to "normal" people. The offshore market is created by and for financial institutions that many investors have "overcome" by the exchange regulations Bank of Thailand implemented last December.
