It allows a cable company to transmit television programming directly?
My cable company uses direct evidence From TV to get a signal (logos, banners, error messages indicate that) and I wonder if it is legal to do so and Direct TV offers options for relaying signals without giving every subscriber a satellite receiver. It bothers me that I must pay more for fewer channels that Direct TV for the direction of my apartment faces.
