Should I continue paying the lease for $ 5 if I buy a Direct TV or receiver?
I'm looking to reduce my shopping bill Direct TV receivers used to avoid the $ 5 a month. rental price (I have an additional 3 receivers on my primary). The equipment is free and clear of any balance pending, and has been bought, not rented by the previous owner. I read here some answers regarding the purchase and activation of receptor used, and seems, according some, I still have to pay the rent after receiving new access cards and activate the device. Can someone enlighten me on this? My Receiver free primary has not been lifted yet?
Technically, no, you will not pay the rent. The term will change ADDITIONAL RECEIVER. The rental price is a misnomer because they are both called FAIRY MIRROR, which means they reflect the programming that you bought your primary receiver. Regardless of the lease / Ownership of their receptors, the first activity in your account automatically, without additional costs, because they already pay for the programming.
